Your role

• Take part in defining and communicating the product vision and strategic roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating high-level requirements into detailed user stories and specifications that the technical team can implement effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and the development team to facilitate transparent communication.
• Plan and oversee the product development lifecycle, coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines, scope, and budget constraints.
• Evaluate product progress and performance at each phase, making informed adjustments to priorities to ensure delivery of maximum business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, development, and support to define successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Continuously evaluate market trends to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic threats. Use insights from market analysis to inform and adapt the product roadmap proactively.
• Maintain the product's position at the forefront of innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and user expectations, fostering a culture of creative problem solving and thoughtful risk-taking.

Your profile:

• Strong technical grounding — understanding of software development, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, interpret technical docs, and turn complexity into clear requirements.
• Experience with software architecture, Git, CI/CD, and cloud DevOps tools.
• Proven product management background in tech or software environments.
• Skilled in managing timelines, scope, and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Confident communicator who balances business goals with technical feasibility.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Pragmatic, strategic thinker who delivers reliable, innovative solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and organized — focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
