About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality initiatives, leading test automation efforts, and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping our QA processes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for new and existing products.
- Design, build, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and integrate QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects; analyze root causes; and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and internal quality policies.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance QA tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback through detailed test reports and quality metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including significant experience with test automation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit), and software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is a plus.
