Mission of the Role

Turn complex product logic into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows and interactions (HOW)

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences (UX)

• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine flows

• Ensure usability and clarity

• Collaborate with UI Designer on design system and visual consistency

How You Work

Work closely with Product Owner (WHAT & WHY) and UI Designer (visual execution): you define HOW. Flows are co-created.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years experience in UX or Product Design

• Strong Figma skills incl. prototyping

• Ability to simplify complex systems

• Strong usability mindset

• Strong contextual understanding and holistic product thinking

• High attention to detail and quality
