Senior Project Manager
About the role
greehill is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil, with primary accountability for the end-to-end delivery of mobile high-resolution imaging and LiDAR projects across Brazil and, when required, the wider Latin American region.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical project management capabilities, direct coordination of field operations, and ownership of client engagement throughout project execution. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments and ensuring quality, timelines, and delivery commitments are met.
In addition, the role benefits from experience in supporting technical pre-sales activities, contributing to scope definition, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment from contract through delivery.
Role overview
At greehill, the Project Manager has full ownership of the project lifecycle, with primary responsibility for project execution, delivery, and client handover. The role also supports technical pre-sales activities to ensure delivery alignment from contract through execution.
The role spans two key phases, with clear primary focus on Project Execution & Delivery.
1. Pre-sales & Project Definition (Supporting phase)
Once a commercial opportunity becomes a qualified prospect, the Project Manager supports the pre-sales process by working closely with Business Developers (BDs) on technical and delivery-related aspects, including:

• Managing logistics, permits, schedules, and field execution
• Coordinating data transfer to back-office production teams
• Overseeing quality control and delivery milestones
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client for all project-related topics (excluding purely commercial matters, handled jointly with BDs)
• Leading client onboarding, training, and final project handover on greehill’s web-based platform

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Experience acting as the primary client point of contact
• Fluent English (daily use with international teams and clients)
• Fluent Portuguese
