What You’ll Do

We are looking for a well-organized and friendly office assistant who is keen to support our team in their day-to-day work. If you like to keep track of things, work independently, and enjoy a variety of tasks, then you've come to the right place.

• Everything related to office organization: filing, sorting documents, updating data

• Answering emails, taking phone calls, and coordinating appointments

• Preparing documents, presentations, or short reports

• Assisting with meetings, internal events, or travel planning

• Checking and recording invoices, creating simple evaluations

• Keeping track of incoming and outgoing mail

• Supporting the team in day-to-day business and taking on smaller projects

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial training or initial office experience – not a must, but a plus

• You are confident in using Word, Excel, etc.

• You have a very good command of German and are also proficient in English

• Structure, initiative, and reliability are your strengths

• You enjoy working in a team and have an open, friendly manner
