About the role

As a Training & Quality Supervisor, your main focus would be to lead the training of both internal and external personnel on the latest version of our custom-built tree validation tool and ensure that we achieve the desired quality levels throughout the whole validation process by providing regular feedback to the external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Training both internal and external personnel on a custom-built tree validation tool.
• Providing continuous feedback on their work to the external teams in order to hit the highest level of quality.
• Documenting and informing the teams about the changes made to the tool and workflow, keeping everyone up-to-date on the latest developments.
• Coordinate and oversee incoming requests from external teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Comfortable working with online tools and web-based platforms.
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required, as well as and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience with quality control.
• Basic understanding of maps, geospatial data, or visual data review is an advantage.
