Your Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences for our platform, ensuring urban forestry professionals have intuitive and efficient tools to work with. Your responsibilities include:

• Translating high-level client and business requirements into detailed user requirement specifications.
• Designing user journeys, UX/UI solutions, and wireframes that align with our users’ needs.
• Contributing to the product backlog, ensuring seamless collaboration with the development team.
• Supporting user acceptance testing and training, ensuring a smooth user experience.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Ability to understand the logic and mindset of our primary users (urban forest managers).
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams with agile methodologies.
• A strong appreciation for user-centric design principles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Bonus Points for

• Experience in graphic design.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with web-GIS projects.
