IT Project Manager

We currently operate offices in Budapest (HQ, R&D), Hannover, Singapore, San Francisco and Paris.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
Your contribution will be
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software development projects from initiation to delivery
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers
Manage project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate technical decision-making and architectural discussions
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development
Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies
Collaborate with product management to align technical solutions with business goals
Create and maintain technical documentation and project reports
We need you to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in technical project management in software development
Background in Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, GitHub)
Knowledge of software architecture and design principles
Familiarity with various programming languages and technology stacks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
We value if you have
Master's degree in a relevant field
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., software developer, systems architect)
