Your role will be to

• Ownership of engineering strategy and its execution. 
• Lead the engineering team to maintain high technical standards. 
• Represent IT as a core competency within the greehill leadership team.  
• Develop the engineering team of 25 colleagues in their technical skills, ambition and ability to deliver quality results in a predictable manner.
• Ensure a cost-effective, scalable architecture that enables predictable delivery and operational stability.
• Refine IT management practices from requirements gathering through planning, delivery and maintenance to commercial aspects such as cost and resource efficiency.
• Manage IT security and privacy to the high standards required by our clients.

We need you to have:

• Proven track record of IT leadership
• Strong technical background, lead developer/IT architect experience in modern tech stack (Python, NodeJs, React, Postgres, Airflow) 
• Cloud experience - MS Azure preferred
• Experience with high volume data processing
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Resilience and ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment

You would have advantage with:

• 3D object representation experience
• Point cloud processing experience
• Image processing and manipulation experience
• Cloud transformation experience
