QA and Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled QA and Support Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications through thorough manual testing based in Singapore. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, report bugs, and contribute to overall improvement. Your responsibilities include test planning, executing test cases, documenting results, and supporting the resolution of issues. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, and our QA team plays a vital role in achieving this goal.

What you will be doing
- Provide 1st level technical support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our products.
- Execute manual tests to identify defects and usability issues.
- Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop test plans and define test cases based on project requirements.
- Document and report test results, including reproducible steps for bugs.
- Maintain clear documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
- Set up and configure test environments as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to process improvement.
What you should have
- Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
