We are looking to employ an experienced DevOps Engineer who takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of designing new systems, upgrading the current ones, and leading the solution of infrastructure related issues.

You will own the design, reliability, and operational excellence of our cloud and hybrid infrastructure. This role goes beyond traditional DevOps—you will drive scalability, resilience, automation, and cost efficiency across the platform, ensuring production systems are secure, observable, and continuously improving.

Your task will be

• Define, track, and improve service reliability using SLO/SLI frameworks

• Drive availability, latency, and scalability targets across platforms

• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization for peak workloads

• Own production readiness, including runbooks, rollback strategies, and operational standards

• Implement structured change and release management processes

• Ensure safe and predictable deployments across environments

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)

• Build full observability (metrics, logs, tracing) across systems

• Own cloud cost optimization and efficiency (FinOps practices)

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure spend across environments

• Design and validate disaster recovery and backup strategies, Ensure RTO/RPO objectives are met

• Ensure data integrity, backup validation, and recovery processes

We need you to have

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.

• Deep Linux (Ubuntu) systems expertise; experience with Windows environments.

• Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and ArgoCD.

• Strong understanding of networking (VNETs, firewalls, network policies).

• Experience operating PostgreSQL in production.

• Experience with Azure Blob Storage and lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git-based workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and production mindset.

• Fluent in English.
